a non-religious, community-based educational environment. Moreover, our center places a strong emphasis on nature-based and life skills education. We believe that connecting children with nature enhances their overall well-being and instills a sense of responsibility towards the environment. In addition, incorporating life skills education equips children with practical knowledge, fostering their independence and resilience. By providing a unique, community-based education, we aspire to cultivate a holistic learning experience that not only nurtures individual strengths and interests but also encourages a strong bond between families and the natural world.

We finished our 3D Thanksgiving Plates and our Turkey centerpieces today before we headed out for holiday break!

I want to give a quick shout out to the two lovely ladies who have purchased several items off of our Amazon wish list! A huge thank you to Pat Thompson Wood and Dawnette Anderson for purchasing so many of our needed items for the children!

Today, we used the new money game we received to help learn about identifying coins and counting change (which is a major goal we are working on this term). Then we made Thanksgiving cornucopias with the new construction paper (pics to come)!

You have no idea how grateful we are for the support from our community. Every item we receive gets put to great use!

Tis the season of giving! ( Almost😉)

While you are filling those Amazon carts with gifts and goodies for those you love, don't forget about your favorite microschool! 🥰

We are in desperate need of basic supplies for the school! We have put together this Amazon list, but feel free to purchase and drop by items at the school as well! We need all the necessities like: paper towels, paper plates, Iysol wipes, cleaning sprays. We could also use some art supplies! Printer paper, construction paper, paints and brushes, and air dry clay.

We appreciate all of the community support! 💚
