One of this year's Princess Kay of the Milky Way finalists is Elizabeth Coudron, from Milroy, Minnesota. During the winter, Elizabeth raises dairy heifers and is the first in her family to become a Redwood County dairy princess.

Next up, meet Miss Skyla, our Lead Infant Teacher & Assistant Director! 👶💙💛

Hi! I’m Skyla, and I’m so excited to be part of the new Little Explorers – Minneota location! I’m currently a junior in college majoring in Early Childhood Education, and I’ve been part of the Little Explorers team for over 4 years!

💛 What do you love most about working with children?
I love building connections with the children and creating those special bonds with them. I also love watching how much they grow and change! Seeing the excitement on their faces when they learn something new — like taking their very first steps — is one of my favorite parts of working with little ones. 🥰

☀️ Outside of work:
I enjoy spending time with my friends and family and going for walks!

We are so excited to have Miss Skyla taking on the role of Assistant Director while also leading our Infant Room at Little Explorers – Minneota! Her experience with Little Explorers and passion for Early Childhood Education make her such an important part of our team. 💙💛
