Peachjar is a free, paperless way for families and community members to stay informed about District club news, local youth programs and registrations, and community events, all in one convenient place!
Information is shared Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays. Sent in an email those afternoons.
Sign up at www.peachjar.com by selecting Sign Up, choosing Parent/Guardian or Community Member, and selecting Marshall Public Schools. Families can choose multiple school buildings.
Peachjar is ADA compliant and can translate information into multiple languages.

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given to the public and news media pursuant to Wisconsin Laws that a Regular Meeting of the School Board of Jt. School District No. 2, Village of Marshall, towns of Cottage Grove, Deerfield, Medina, Sun Prairie, and York, Dane County, Wisconsin will be held on August 26, 2026, at 6:00 pm.
The meeting will be held in the District Office Board Room. Participants should enter through the District Office entrance. Upon request to the District (608) 655-3466, submitted twenty-four (24) hours in advance, the District shall make reasonable accommodations including the provision of informational material in an alternative format as necessary for a disabled person to be able to participate in this activity. At least twenty-four (24) hours advance notice of the need for accommodation is appreciated. Comments/questions should be emailed to Michele Miller before the meeting ([email protected]). Board of Education members may be participating in the meeting from remote locations through use of communications technology.

Thank you for your interest in volunteering with Marshall Public Schools!
Your time and talents make a meaningful difference for our staff and student scholars. To ensure the safety of our schools, all volunteers must complete an online volunteer application and receive approval before serving. All information collected is confidential and will not be shared outside of the volunteer program. Once approved, your status is valid for two years from the date of the background check. You will only be contacted if there are questions or issues with your application. Approved applications will not receive further notification.

If you are uncertain of the date of your last background check you are welcome to email Michele Miller at [email protected] to verify the date.

The MHS athletic department is excited to move to digital ticketing for the upcoming sports seasons. This is a Capitol conference wide initiative so most places you go to for athletics will be utilizing the same digital ticketing platform. We have created a guide for you to set up an account and purchase tickets/passes on our hosting platform, Bound. You can still purchase tickets at the gate of the event, but please note it will be all cashless (card only). Still bring your cash with you though as concessions will be cash only. Senior Citizens, there is info in the document for you as well, but long story short, you may still pick up a senior pass from the MHS office and simply show that pass it at the gate. Go Cardinals!

Our Vogel Bros. Construction Project Manager, Zac, shared this exciting update:
“We are in the final stretch before school starts and everything is coming together! Flooring installation is wrapping up this week, doors and hardware are being installed, and the final storefront and security glass is arriving just in time.”

We’re excited to see the progress taking shape and can’t wait to welcome our students and staff back into these refreshed , safe and secure spaces!
