The Training Centre http://thetrainingcentremars.com ALL group classes except Spin are included in your membership. Spin classes are $5 per ride.

The Training Centre has the most awesome equipment, group fitness classes, nutritional products, training protocols and top-notch staff in the area in the most welcoming, nurturing environment possible! We’re serious about your fitness goals and will do everything in our power to ensure your success, but we want you to have fun along the way! The main floor houses a complete circuit workout, cardi

o area with 25+ pieces viewing 37″ flat-screen TVs, free weight area, stretching and ab areas, member exercise card storage, front desk and beverage/nutrition center. A separate fitness studio with a rockin’ stereo system will serve the suspension training, spin, pilates, yoga and other aerobic classes. Lockers will be provided to store valuables and if you’re coming in after work, designated changing areas will be just the ticket.
