When it comes to singing… Does cardio matter?

Short answer, YES!

While being physically fit can never replace good technique and overall body awareness. When combined, you can see major improvement in your not only your ability to sing with more control and endurance. But less strain. Here is how. ⬇️

1. Increased Lung Capacity
2. Strong Breathing Muscles
3. Better Control Under Stress
4. Enhanced Vocal Stamina
5. Improved Posture

Details on reel.

3 Favorite Exercises for Fluidity in the Voice

One of the top struggles my students express when they first come to see me, is how to work through all their registers fluidly, without hearing any obvious breaks or shifts in their voice.

Here are my 3 favorite exercises that I use to help my students create a flawless movement and sound between their vocal registers.

Try them out and let me know how they work for you in the comments!
