Mars Hill University was founded in 1856, and is the oldest university in Western North Carolina. Just a few miles north of the beautiful city Asheville, Mars Hill is surrounded by the Appalachian Mountains making it an incredibly scenic campus. Mars Hill also happens to be the university where our two founders met and competed on the soccer team together.

The men’s soccer team has a strong influence of international athletes and the program continues to improve year on year. Led by head coach, Gregg Munn, an alumni of the Mars Hill soccer team and native of Scotland, Mars Hill look set to become a real force in the highly competitive South Atlantic Conference.

Spring Break is a one-week vacation which takes place across the month of March during the spring semester. Every year, college students take a week away from the responsibilities of school and athletics. This is an opportunity for student-athletes to relax and have fun with their friends and teammates. With so much to offer in terms of climates and activities, you can choose whether you want a week skiing in the mountains of Colorado or a sunny beach in Florida⛷🏖
