Do you value flexible hours, job experience, and creativity? The Client Onboarding Guide fields inquiries, conducts Quick Explores, and guides clients through the Onboarding phase of our process. The position takes the lead role during the initial phase of the program with research, communication, planning, and coordination. Key responsibilities include managing calendars and appointments, researching product/business ideas, providing effective and consistent customer service, maintaining accurate records, creating professional presentations, data entry, and more!
