Hospitality Club NMU Culinary Students of Northern Michigan University We work together as a team to promote and execute successful culinary functions and special events.

Culinary Students of NMU (CSNMU) is a group of students that work alongside, and in support of, community and student organizations. Students gain hands-on experience with providing exceptional food and atmosphere for a wide variety of events including fundraisers, Family Weekend brunch, private parties, bake sales, and much more! There are several benefits to joining our team, including building

industry connections, extra credit (for specific instructors), Superior Edge hours, marketing & public relations experience, and the opportunity to create and taste culinary masterpieces.
