NMU SAE Baja Team

NMU SAE Baja Team The NMU Baja team is a student engineering club in which students design, build, and race off-road vehicles.

Although engineering is a huge portion of the team, all types of skills are needed to make the team successful! NMU SAE Baja Club was formed in 2005 with the goal of preparing students with real-world experience applicable to our majors through the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE) Baja competition. They travel to two or three competitions each year, improving the design of their car as well as their placement in the races.
