Critical Dates - Information on when the halls open and close, when applications and reservations are due, spring sign-up, snow removal and other reminders

Services and Procedures - Reminders about desk services, how to call in work orders, how

mail services work, references to relevant procedures, etc. Event announcements - Important information related to paraprofessional staff recruitment, advertisements for programs sponsored by housing and residence life staff, registered residence hall, residence hall house, and apartment organizations, student employment recruitment, etc. Program Reminders - Spring sign-up, advance payment reminders, reminders regarding break housing, etc

Congratulatory messages - Recognition messages honoring house of the year, award-winning residents and tenants, "well done" notes, etc. Tips and links - Tips for successful residence hall apartment community living, academic success, and career exploration, including links to other websites
