Due to the winter weather and freezing rain we feel it is best to be cautious and cancel all Cuong Nhu classes tonight (Thursday 4/2)

Everyone be safe, the end of winter is so close.

CUONG NHU Classes are canceled tonight, Tuesday 3-17-26 due to storm aftermath!

Empowered Resilience Women's Self-Defense is Canceled for tomorrow (Sunday, March 15th).

Happy St. Patrick's Day (storm)! The weather reports vary, but it sounds like we are in for a major one, with at least two feet of snow over the next couple of days, maybe more. It will be in full force during our class time tomorrow, so we will play it safe and cancel ahead of time.

We can bump the missed day to April 5th if that works for most people, or possibly spread out the time and add it onto the other two days. If you have any preference about that, or any questions, please let me know via DM or email.

Empowered Resilience is back this March!

Join us for a new 4-week Women’s Self-Defense course focused on practical techniques and real-world awareness. This session is shorter and more focused than last year’s, with no fitness component—just the skills you need to feel more prepared and empowered.

Time: 1:00–3:00 p.m.
Cost: Free, thanks to the Marquette Women’s Center

The New Dragon Nhus is out!

Hey, folks - we will hold regular class tonight, but please be aware that the temperature will be dropping rapidly turning to frozen roads and winds and snow picking up right around when class ends. If you normally drive in from outside Marquette, it may be wise to stay home tonight. Be safe!

Due to complications in the aftermath of the storm, Kids' Class is cancelled tonight. Stay safe and we'll see you next week/year!

Tonight's Focused Training class is cancelled. Also, please note that this class will only meet next week (Wednesday, Dec. 17th) one more time before the holidays, as the following two Wednesdays are Christmas Eve and New Year's eve.

Northern Lights Martial Art Center would like to welcome Ninth House HEMA to our fellowship of traditional arts. Starting this Sunday, classes will be Sundays 6 PM to 9 PM.

Cuong Nhu classes will not meet Wednesday, November 26th or Thursday, November 27th due to the Holiday and also the big storm coming. Stay safe and enjoy the holiday. We will see you all next week to work off that pumpkin pie. Happy Thanksgiving!
