NMU's digital filmmaking club 4Reels meets twice weekly in NMU's Art & Design building. We are open to all majors with any experience level.
The club has an open-door policy so come and join us anytime! If you want to learn the art of filmmaking, let's do it together! Come make short films with us! We need storyboarders, scriptwriters, actors, camera operators, light and sound technicians, props/costumes/makeup crew, and editors! Be a part of the crew, the cast, or both! Students can:

Thank you everyone for an AMAZING turnout of this years 24 Hour Film Challenge! This years prompt was “Crossing the Line” and we have over 3X the amount of teams than previous years from all different fields of study and we hope to see you all again next year!

Come join us this Friday, March 13th for the 24 Hour Film Challenge, where you compete with others to create the best film — in just 24 hours. The winner(s) of this challenge will receive FREE filmmaking equipment!
Students and community members are welcome, and you can compete in teams or solo. All equipment and editing software will be provided.
