Featured teacher- Mr. Jack!! Jack started out as a regularly occuring college aid and sub in the Maple classroom. He wasn’t sure if this would be the best fit for him at first, but he ended up loving everything about our school! He spent lots of time volunteering during the first half of the 2025-2026 school year. Now we excited to announce that he has decided to shift career pathways and remain with our school full-time! Yay for Mr. Jack, our first full-time male teacher since Mr. Jeremy stepped back to his admin/maintenance role.

I am excited to re start our featured teacher of the week for 2026!! This week we are featuring our Lead Maple/GSRP forest school teacher— Miss Emily Ross.
She’s an amazing addition to our team! Miss Emily has transformed the downstairs “basement” area into a cozy indoor space with lots of meaningful learning areas set up throughout. While this is her first time leading, it is not her first time working in the early childhood field. She was a co teacher at a Waldorf school downstate. She shines in her new lead role, and we couldn’t be more proud of the progress she’s making. She is currently working toward earning her Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education. We hope to continuing working with her for years to come.
