Midnight Madness is LIVE!

10/02/2026

Count day is WEDNESDAY!

Dear students and families,

Please take a few short minutes to read about the requirements for Count Day, which is coming up on Wednesday, October 7th. In particular, students who work must ensure that they plan ahead so that they are counted prior to 12:00 noon on that day.

Midnight Madness is an option for students who stay up late or who work during the day. Meeting count requirements won't take long, but it is very important that all students are counted on this date prior to noon. If you have questions, please call the center at 906-273-0497 or reach out to your mentor.

Attention All Link Learning Students and Parents!

Edgenuity is updating its course offerings. Heritage courses are being discontinued and will be replaced by new EdgeEx courses. All Heritage courses will be discontinued on October 2, 2026. If you are still working in a Heritage course when it is discontinued, you will lose your progress and have to restart the class in the new EdgeEx course.

Check your current course today! If you are working in a Heritage course, make a plan to finish it before October 2 so you don’t lose the progress you’ve already made. This change is being made by Edgenuity and is outside of Link Learning’s control.

Since procrastination is a struggle we all face from time to time, this is a great reminder for everyone. For LINK students, I think this is an especially helpful graphic. Take a minute to look it over.

You can do this. Keep moving forward, and everything improves, including your stress level. Somehow NOT doing what we know we should do is more stressful than actually getting it done. Prove me wrong!

Have a great weekend, everyone!
