Remembering Kelly Anne Ditro (Kunz) 🧡🖤

Today we honor the memory of a beloved member of the Cherokee High School Class of 2005. Kelly was a devoted mother, a passionate educator, and a friend to so many in our community.

Kelly’s legacy of kindness, her love for her students, and her vibrant spirit will never be forgotten. She truly represented the heart of what the CHS Legacy Foundation stands for—connection, community, and giving back.

In her memory we have pledged to donate $200 to the World Literacy Foundation. A link is included below to her obituary.

As we close out 2025, the Chslf05 - Cherokee High School Legacy Foundation by the Class of 2005 team is deeply grateful to the CHS Class of 2005 family, friends, and supporters. What began as a way to honor our classmates during our 20th reunion grew into something truly meaningful, bringing us together to support causes that strengthen our community and our shared legacy. In 2026, we’ll build on this momentum with scholarships, grants, and donations in honor of our classmates.

Always in our hearts 🧡🤎 The CHSLF05 has made a $280 donation to MRC Hockey to sponsor two youth roller hockey participants in an upcoming season to honor the memory of our classmate, Jeff Burd. Never forgotten, always a Chief.

Last night we celebrated 20 years of and launched the CHS Legacy Foundation to honor our community and remember our classmates who are no longer with us. We are grateful for the support of our volunteers, major donors, Legacy Founders, and those who donated last night. DM us if you want to learn more and get involved, and you can donate now via . THANK YOU to those who came out to the 20th reunion last night and those who donated to so we can make gifts to causes in honor of our classmates who are no longer with us. Thank you to our volunteers and supporters. We hope everyone had a great time. Thank you to Ott’s Medford for the wonderful food, drinks, and hospitality.
