EASTERN TAEKWONDO FEDERATION (ETF) – NEW ENGLAND

Last Thursday, the Eastern Taekwondo Federation united 14 Masters and 10 respected martial arts schools from across New England for a major leadership meeting, hosted at Hanmi Taekwondo in Shrewsbury, MA.

The purpose of this meeting was clear:

Strengthen the martial arts community

Promote positive development for youth and adults

Organize new tournaments, seminars, and training camps

Set unified standards

Become the leading voice for Taekwondo in New England

This is more than martial arts. This is community, discipline, and progress.

We would like to give a special thank you to Master Jennifer and Grandmaster Karen of Hanmi Taekwondo in Shrewsbury for hosting and supporting the mission of unity in our region.

Over 80 athletes. 10 academies. One mission: Growth through experience.

Another incredible day is in the books as Eastern Taekwondo Federation brought together students from all over New England for our Sparring E-Hogu Rumble!

💥 Hosted by ETF member Evolution Martial Arts in Westborough, MA, the event was a huge success — packed with energy, teamwork, and non-stop action!

🔋 With E-Hogu electronic gear, each student had the opportunity to experience 3–4+ matches, facing new opponents and adapting in real time — a key ingredient to real competitive and personal growth.

This event wasn't just about sparring...
It was about connection, support, and pushing each other to new levels.

🙏 Huge shoutout to all participating Masters, instructors, parents, and students who helped create a smooth, safe, and empowering experience.
