Grade 10 students at Assabet Regional Technical High School took part in the Ca$habet Challenge on June 9, 2026, gaining hands-on experience with real-world financial decision-making!

Students received a pay stub, cashed their paycheck at the "bank," and then navigated a series of stations representing everyday living expenses, including housing, utilities, transportation, food, entertainment, and more. Along the way, they made budgeting choices and learned how financial decisions impact independent living.

A great hands-on lesson in financial literacy and real-world decision-making. Great job to all of our Grade 10 students for their participation and enthusiasm!
