The Importance of Sleep for Children’s Wellbeing!
Dear Parents and Caregivers,
Sleep is a crucial component of children’s development and overall well-being. Often overlooked, a good night’s rest can make a significant difference in your child’s mood, school performance, and physical growth.
Why is sleep so important?
Sleep not only helps children recharge but is vital for:
Physical growth: During deep sleep, the body releases growth hormones that help develop bones and muscles.
Brain development: While they sleep, children process and consolidate everything they’ve learned throughout the day, which is crucial for cognitive performance.

How much sleep do children need?
