We are blessed to be following God's calling to partner with the community in educating children! We uphold Jesus as our King, our Teacher, and our Savior.

In Mark 16:15, Jesus urges the disciples to go into all the world and share His Good News. In Proverbs 22:6, Solomon reminds us to start children on the way they should go so they will not turn from it as they grow. Our central mission at Bright Lites Preschool is exemplified through these two verses. We want to connect young people and their families with Him through Christ-centered learning that provides a well-rounded early childhood experience. We emphasize the importance of hands-on academics, authentic, play-based learning that enriches practical life experiences, and Spirit-lead character growth fostered by natural consequences with Godly correction. We want to walk alongside children and their families as they begin their formal education journey! This means we will pray for them and with them as we learn together! We will provide feedback on the children's spiritual, emotional, and academic growth.

Busy week with butterflies and field trip but we had so much fun today! We appreciate our parents so much. Field trips wouldn’t be possible without you!

We released our butterflies today. We’ve practiced our fruits of the spirit, love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control while waiting for and taking care of God’s masterpieces.

This week we talked about the Good Samaritan, and when God said to love your “neighbor” He wasn’t just talking about the people who live next door. We’ve been learning about butterflies and bugs. We finally got some ants for our ant farm. We practice a lot of numbers and letters during our calendar/morning meeting time. We had fun doing some yarn art for the letter Yy this week!

We’ve had fun learning about dinosaurs and outer space. Hopefully we’re about done with inside recess because we have a lot of fun when we can go outside!
