Join us next Thursday for Tech-O-Treat!

🎃 Yep, you read that right—NEXT THURSDAY!

Join us for Tech-A-Treat at Tri-Rivers on Thursday, October 15, 2026, from 5–6:30 p.m.!

Try out your family friendly Halloween costume and kick off the fun early! We’re celebrating ahead of time so you can join us AND still enjoy your usual Halloween festivities. Enter through RAMTEC Entrance on the West side of the building. We will be handing out candy and guests can enjoy Touch-A-Truck on the north side of our building.

We can’t wait to see you! 🍬

Congrats to the RAMTEC Level 1 students. They have reached an exciting milestone by completing either their FANUC HTOP certification or their Yaskawa FS100 certification!

Now, they’re taking on the next challenge—working towards completing their second robot certification.

They’re building valuable, real-world robotics skills that will prepare them for careers in advanced manufacturing, automation, and engineering.

Great job, RAMTEC Engineering juniors and seniors!

Congratulations to these students for representing our RAMTEC Engineering program at the Morrow County Career Fair! They had the opportunity to speak with Morrow Country freshmen who are interested in exploring careers in technology, robotics and engineering.

Our students shared what they’ve learned in the program and demonstrated some of the hands-on technology they get to work with, including Yaskawa robots, FANUC robots, 3D printing and our robotic dog.

It was a great opportunity for our students to share their experiences and show younger students what a career in engineering and robotics can look like.

Real-World Experience. Real-World Opportunities.

Our RAMTEC Engineering seniors had the opportunity to hear from Richard Peyton, who stopped in to talk about career opportunities with Yaskawa Motoman.
Richard shared his experiences working with Yaskawa Motoman over the past 20 years, including the different positions and career paths he has experienced throughout his time with the company. His firsthand perspective gave our students a valuable look at what a career in robotics and automation can look like after high school.
It’s always great to connect our students with industry professionals who can share what it’s really like to work in the field and the opportunities available to them.
A big THANK YOU to Richard for taking the time to speak with our seniors and help them see what their future in robotics and automation could look like!

RAMTEC Engineering juniors are getting valuable, hands-on experience with some of the same robotic systems used in today’s manufacturing industry!

Students are working toward their FANUC and Yaskawa robot certifications, gaining practical experience in robot programming, operation, troubleshooting, and safety. These industry-recognized skills give our students a head start as they prepare for careers in advanced manufacturing, automation, and engineering.
