We had firefighters from the Woodlawn and North Cove Volunteer Fire Departments greeting our students this morning as they arrived for their first day back to school for the 2026–2027 school year! 🚒🦁

We are so thankful for the love, support, and encouragement our community shows our students and staff. Thank you for helping us make the first day back extra special!

A Special Tradition ❤️🇺🇸

Paden and Parker helped raise the flag on the first day of school at North Cove Elementary! 🇺🇸 What makes this year extra special is that it marks their third and final year serving as our flag helpers.

We are so proud of these two and grateful for the memories they have made at North Cove. We know they will always have a special place in our school family! 🦁❤️

A huge thank you to GoGo's and Ariana at Grace Community Church for thinking of us on the first day of school! She delivered some delicious oatmeal cream pies and chocolate fudge rounds from GoGo’s, and they were such a sweet surprise!
Thank you for loving on our teachers and staff at North Cove Elementary School. We are truly blessed to have such a caring and supportive community surrounding our school. Your kindness means so much to us! 🦁💙
