Hart Gymnastics Academy opened its doors in 2008 with a mission to build happy, healthy, confident kids through the sport of gymnastics. Our programs are professionally designed with every child in mind. HGA assists children of all ages in the development of fine and gross motor skills, balance, strength, flexibility, body awareness, and muscle control. HGA strives to teach beyond the physical asp

🌟This month's Athlete Spotlight goes to Nylah P.! 💙🌟

If you've spent any time around Nylah, you've probably heard her favorite question: "Are we going to bars today?!" 😄

After returning to the gym following an injury, Nylah has shown incredible determination every single week as she works to get back to where she was. She has been putting in extra effort both in the gym and at home on her chin-up pullover, and all of that hard work is paying off! Recently, she accomplished her bridge kick over down the wedge mat completely unassisted, and we couldn't be more proud.

Nylah loves working on handstands and anything on floor, and her positive attitude and willingness to keep trying make her a joy to coach. Outside of the gym, she enjoys spending time outdoors playing with her sister, Chloe.

Congratulations, Nylah! We are so proud of your perseverance, hard work, and the progress you've made. Keep reaching for your goals! 💙🤸‍♀️
