Fohs Hall

Fohs Hall To reserve Fohs Hall for your next event, contact Leah Keene at 270-704-2307. Since that time it has served as a community center and meeting space.

Fohs Hall was built by Julius Fohs and given as a gift of love to the city of Marion in October of 1926. Internationally recognized for his achievements in geology, Fohs paid for the entire structure of the building on the lot where his family once lived. It also served as Marion High School and an elementary school for many years. Countless individuals have attended school at Fohs Hall while it was a high school and elementary school.
