Wisconsin Early Childhood Association (WECA), the Waupaca County Child Care Alliance, and the RAPID Survey Project at the Stanford Center on Early Childhood want to hear from Waupaca County families.

They are inviting parents and caregivers of children under age 6 who live in Waupaca County, Wisconsin, to participate in the RAPID survey. We want to learn about the experiences and well-being of children and families in your community.

Here’s how it works:

Begin the survey

Complete the 15-minute survey

After completing the survey, you will receive a $5 gift card by email approximately three weeks later

The survey is open through October 19th

You may also have opportunities to participate in follow-up surveys and receive a gift card for each survey you complete.

To learn more about the RAPID Survey Project, visit rapidsurveyproject.com or follow the project on Twitter, Instagram, or LinkedIn.

For questions contact WECA or Waupaca County Child Care Alliance.

Thank you for helping elevate caregivers’ voices in your community!
