TRECA is an online school for K-12 students in Ohio. We’re fully public and completely non-profit. Whatever the need, we're here for you!

TRECA is transforming online education for K-12 students in Ohio! We're a tuition-free, fully authorized Ohio public charter school. We offer a wide array of programs to help meet each student’s need! Students can enroll full-time in TRECA Digital Academy, or just take one class while remaining enrolled in their current school.

It's super important for students to actively work in their courses. The Evolve Portal breaks down a student's attendance time into categories that help families understand how much time a student has been marked as Present, and how much time they still need to work in their courses.

Welcome back, Navigators! We're so excited to start the year with you. Here are some things to keep in mind as we begin the new school year...
1. Make sure to work in your courses for 5 hours and 10 minutes each school day to be counted as present.
2. Contact the Help Desk with any technical issues or questions - including issues logging in! Visit treca.org/support to submit a ticket or call in.
3. Your advisor is your go-to contact for questions! They're always happy to help guide you in the right direction.
4. Bookmark treca.org/student-resources and treca.org/family-resources. Both pages are a great shortcut to info on attendance, requesting records, work permits, and so much more!
You always have a support system of advisors, teachers, counselors, the Help Desk, and SAFE to help you be successful. If you have issues or questions at any time, reach out and our staff can help point you in the right direction. You've got this - go Navigators!

Returning Students!
It's time to complete your required Student Packet! Every year, the Ohio Department of Education and Workforce requires us to collect updated info for each student. All families will complete their student packets in the student packet portal. Visit treca.org/return to get started. Check out our support guide to using the portal at treca.org/support/student-packet-portal.

If you do NOT plan to remain with TRECA this fall and would like to withdraw, please return your TRECA-issued equipment to any of our regional offices to start the withdrawal process.

Fun fact: Ohio's first state park was established in the 1800's!
