A quick look around the district today! CCES students enjoyed pinpointing places on their new reading room map and dreaming of future exploration in library; middle school ELA students interviewed each other during a writing exercise; and high school biomedical students practiced taking vital signs. 2nd graders in Mrs. Bailey Gilbert's class created their own pet goldfish to take home after reading the book, "We Don't Eat Our Classmates," a short story about showing empathy, extending friendship, and practicing self-control.

We think our Rockets did "swimmingly" with this activity!
