🎉 WELCOME TO THE CTA MINDSET TEAM, Mindy Ewing! 🎉

We are incredibly excited to announce that Mindy Ewing has officially completed the Compete Training Academy 8-Week Mindset Certification and is now accepting mindset clients!
Mindy brings something truly unique to our team.

Her approach to transformation is deeply holistic—helping people find alignment in their mind, body, and spirit. She understands that lasting change doesn’t happen by simply changing your thoughts. It happens when your nervous system, beliefs, emotions, and faith begin working together.

Many of you already know Mindy as the owner of The Wellness Studio in Marion, Indiana, where she has faithfully served countless individuals through her incredible Cranial Sacral Therapy work.

Over the years, she has also become a trusted resource for many of our CTA athletes and families, helping them regulate their nervous systems, heal from stress and trauma, and perform from a place of peace instead of pressure.

On a personal level, Mindy has been instrumental in JD and Courtney’s lives. Her wisdom, encouragement, and unwavering faith have profoundly impacted our own spiritual journey, and we’ve watched that same transformation take place in many of our clients.

If you’re looking for someone who will walk alongside you with compassion, wisdom, biblical truth, and a whole-person approach to growth, Mindy is an incredible choice. She has a gift for helping people slow down, heal deeply, hear God’s voice more clearly, and become the person they were created to be.

We are excited to officially welcome Colton Lindsay to the Compete Training Academy coaching staff!

Colton is currently a basketball player at Taylor University and is available now to begin training your son or daughter.

Before Taylor, Colton became the all-time leading scorer at Eastern High School, but what impressed us even more than his accomplishments on the court was the person he is off of it.
