What an incredible week we’ve had! Today we wrapped up our homecoming lesson by learning all about the parade and how to stay safe during all of the festivities! 💙💛

For art today we tried out a new medium and painted with salt! 🎨

During science today we used the water fizzers that we made yesterday and went on a candy search! 🍬🍭

Our friends at freeplay crowned themselves Homecoming King and Queen by making and decorating their very own crowns! 👑

Lastly for game and activity today, we searched for matching wildcat symbols around the room, and then ended our day with a pompom relay race! 🐾📣

We had so much fun dressing up with all of our friends this week! We can’t wait to see you all at the parade tomorrow! 💛💙💛💙

Today we learned all about Homecoming festivities! The theme for today was dress as a twin! We had so much fun making parade streamers for art today that we get to bring with us on parade day! 🎊

For science, we made our very own water fizzers and we are putting them to use for science tomorrow! This two day activity is hands on and super fun for all!

Our freeplay friends made paper paw signs so we can spread our wildcat pride! 📣 🐾

Lastly for Activity and Game, we tried our hand and punting field goals out table top football and played out very own Wildcat Version of Mr. Potato Head! 🏈💙💛🎉

💙💛It’s Homecoming Week💙💛!! Today we made our own puffy paint for art and painted paw prints to show our wildcat pride!

For science, we created magic bubbles that we could hold in our hands with gloves! 🫧Our friends at free-play made their very own jerseys to celebrate today’s theme at MHS; Jersey Day!

Lastly, for activity we let our imagination flow by creating our own parade boats and floating them in water! ⛵️

🤖We concluded our week of learning about inventors with some hands-on fun! Our little inventors created robot masks for art, used our breaths to push cars 🚗💨, and got to spend some time in the Robotics Lab learning all about what robots can do! 🤖

A special thank you to the Robotics Club for hosting us and sharing your love of robotics with our Kiddie City friends! We had SO much fun learning, exploring, and inventing this week! 💡🔧🤖

This week in Kiddie City, we are learning about Inventors! 💡 We started off the day with learning what Inventors are! We invented aluminum foil light bulbs for Art 🎨. Powered up light bulbs with a battery and aluminum foil for Science! 🔋💡 Made our own light bulbs with paint for Explore Art 🎨💡. We finished the day with inventing our own bridge for Game/Activity! 🌉💡See you all on THURSDAY!

🌵🏜️ We wrapped up our learning about animal habitats today with a trip to the desert! 🐪☀️

We made a handprint cactus for art 🌵 and created sand volcanoes for science 🌋. We also had a special PINK OUT 💗 day in Kiddie City!

We even practiced an important safety skill with a fire drill 🚒. We headed out to the football field and once the drill was finished, got right back to having fun with our desert animal game! 🐍🦂🦎

The Animal Week Continues!

Today we learned all about the Arctic in lots of fun ways!❄️

Art: Today the kids got to paint their own snowy owl and bring it to life with paper cutouts! ❄️🦉

Science: we learned what it’s like to be a polar bear in the arctic with an insulated polar bear glove activity! 🐻‍❄️

Explore Art: We got to create our own polar bear buddies with paper rolls and cutouts! 🌨️🧊

To wrap up our day, we got hands-on and created our own snowy habitat and went penguin sledding❄️

For Science, we recreated a rain storm💧💧
For Game, we traveled through a Rainforest Jungle Gym!!!
