We were honored to help fuel the team from Breakthrough Charter School in Marion as they prepare for Friday night lights! Wishing the Broncos a great game and a night filled with teamwork, determination, and success on the field.

Breakthrough Charter School Cheerleaders will have a "Bronco Daws Polish Sausage" Fundraiser. Parents, we thank you for such great support helping to raise funds for our 2026-2027 cheer season. Our cheer team members are now taking orders for our delicious polish sausage "Bronco Dawgs" (with all the juicy trimmings). The single polish sausage dog itself with all the trimmings will sell for $12.00 each. The combo of a polish sausage dog, chips, and drink is $14.00.

We are taking orders now up until our deadline date of October 19, 2026 at noon. The pick-up date will be Friday, October 30. You may pick up all your orders from Breakthrough Charter School Practice Field between the hours of 10:00am-2:00pm. Please help the 2026-2027 cheer team work our fundraiser throughout the community!

We would like for each cheer team member to sell at least 10 Bronco Dawgs. You are encouraged to sell as many orders as possible. We are asking for your generosity to support the athletes. Feel free to ask your educators, classmates, relatives, church members, co-workers, and other members in the community to support our fundraiser.

Thank you in advance again for the work that you do with our fundraisers. Our cheer family is truly working together.

The Gifted crew participated in a bottle flip challenge. They learned about and practiced a lot of math skills. In order to complete the challenge, they used measurement, fractions, frequency, and converting decimals to a percentage. The data was used to construct a bar graph. What an awesome job by all!

The last day to purchase our Homecoming Raffle Tickets is tomorrow! We encourage all students and families to participate and help make our Homecoming celebration a success! 🐎💙

All ticket sales and donation money are due Thursday, October 1, 2026 by 12:00 NOON

Important Reminder:
All unused raffle tickets must be returned to the school by the deadline.

Last week, our Kindergarten students brought their favorite nursery rhyme characters to life! 📚✨

As part of their CKLA Knowledge Unit, students have been learning, reciting, and enjoying classic nursery rhymes over the past few weeks. It was so much fun to see them celebrate their learning by dressing up as their favorite characters!

Mrs. Hopkins and Mrs. Godbold’s second grade classes wrapped up their Early Asian Civilization Knowledge Unit by painting with watercolors with their “magic paintbrushes” 🎨
