The Marion County Special Education Cooperative Board of Directors is excited to announce that Heather Steiner has been selected as the next Executive Director, beginning July 1.

Steiner brings a wealth of experience, leadership, and passion for education to this role. Over the past two years, she has served in dual leadership roles as Assistant Director of MCSEC and Principal of Oasis Day School, demonstrating her strong commitment to both instructional excellence and organizational leadership. Her career also includes valuable experience as both a general education teacher and special education teacher, giving her even more perspective on the needs of students and staff.

We look forward with great enthusiasm to the future of MCSEC under her leadership and the continued impact of her work across our districts!
