💧 Water Bottles = Water Only! 💧

We love seeing our students stay hydrated throughout the school day! As a quick reminder, water bottles that students carry with them throughout the day should contain water only.

Soda, juice, Kool-Aid, sports drinks, and other flavored beverages can create sticky spills and stains that are difficult to clean from carpets, furniture, and classroom materials.

Students are still welcome to pack a different drink inside their lunchbox to enjoy during lunch. We simply ask that the bottles traveling with students throughout the building be filled with water.

Thank you for helping us keep our school clean while keeping our students hydrated!

Attention Marion Manor Families: Bus 4 (Formerly 82) Route Change!

Beginning today, August 20, Bus 4 will drop off at Marion Manor approximately 20 minutes earlier, at 3:55 PM, due to a route change.

This will be the new drop-off time moving forward. Please reach out to Marion Elementary School with any questions. Thank you!

Morning Car Rider Reminder!

Help us keep morning drop-off safe, smooth, and moving!

Please pull all the way forward to the sign. Once cars are stopped and settled, 3 to 4 cars may unload at a time. Students should exit from the passenger side of the vehicle (closest to the school) whenever possible.

Before moving your vehicle, please make sure your child is fully across the red line. Always watch carefully for students and staff before pulling away.

We are working to build independence in our students! When possible, please encourage your child to open their own car door and exit independently. If your child needs assistance, simply wave to the staff member at the school entrance, and we will be happy to help.

Morning Drop-Off: 7:30 to 8:15 AM

Students arriving after 8:15 AM will be offered a grab-and-go breakfast rather than going to the cafeteria.

First day = SUCCESS!

The first day of the 2026–2027 school year is officially in the books, and what a great day it was! Our halls were full of smiling faces, new routines, lots of learning, and plenty of excitement for the year ahead.

A successful first day takes a whole team, and we are so thankful for every staff member, student, and family who helped us start the year strong. And a special shoutout to these smiling faces in our front office who kept things moving all day long!

Day 1 down — and we’re just getting started! Here’s to a wonderful year ahead! 🎉
