When we recognize we use to do something … and opportunity is right there suddenly. Timing is everything!

Sooo…I’m not suggesting you need to 3-day RESET…but if you’re having any of these thoughts - perhaps you want to RESET.

🙃You can’t eat another bite….and then you do.
🙃You keep being revived from food comas.
🙃You’re wearing leggings because your hard pants are snugger than you can manage
🙃You’re not worried about your face in holiday pictures but you are hiding behind the countertop, kids, pets, apron, box or fight to be in the back row.
🙃You think to yourself, “If I just had the energy to get off the couch.”
🙃You are the forever “picture taker” and never in them.📸
🙃You are telling yourself January 1st is going to be the day you pull it all together…..again.
🙃You just don’t want to spend the money on you and you tell yourself you don’t have the time…..and then you silently tell yourself you’re also really great with excuses.

🙃 You just don’t want to fail….again.
