𝙃𝙖𝙥𝙥𝙮 𝙍𝙚𝙩𝙞𝙧𝙚𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩, 𝙈𝙞𝙘𝙝𝙚𝙡𝙚 𝙎𝙖𝙡𝙚𝙝!

With heartfelt gratitude, we celebrate Michele Saleh’s remarkable career and the lasting impact she has made on Tucci Learning Solutions, the Early Start Program, and the countless children and families she has served.

Michele joined Team TUCCi in 2013 after an accomplished career in special education leadership, but her partnership with Vicci Tucci and the Competent Learner Model began years earlier during their work together at the Monterey County Office of Education.

As Early Start Program Coordinator, Michele worked alongside Kimi Villalobos to build and grow TUCCi’s Early Start Program into a trusted, family-centered resource for infants, toddlers, and their families. Her leadership, compassion, wisdom, and quick wit have left an enduring legacy that will continue to shape our work for years to come.

As Kimi Villalobos shared:
“Michele is one of the fiercest and smartest women I have ever known, with an unwavering commitment to both her work, her family, and her work family. She has the ability to hold you to the highest standards while making you feel deeply supported and genuinely cared for. Her sharp wit, honesty, intelligence, and unapologetic authenticity make her an unforgettable mentor and someone I will always admire.”

As teams, discuss:

HUGE shout-out to Kristina Shambaugh, teacher at Redbud Run Elementary School in Virginia!

We love seeing the schedules roll in! Figuring out how all the pieces fit together (bus riders, breakfast, planning, related services, etc) may honestly be the hardest part of starting a new school year. It takes vision, patience, and a whole lot of sticky notes to build a schedule that actually works for your team and your students.
