White house Pilates is not a "PILATE'S BASED AEROBIC CENTER". Our instructors complete a minimum of 500hr Pilates training before becoming a PMA certified instructor. We are offering Pilates Certification training at 10% off to all Pilates Aerobic Center Employees. White House Pilates strives to make each client feel comfortable regardless of their fitness level. Pilates is a wonderful complement

to other physical activities because it exercises the smaller muscle groups that support the joints and the deeper core muscles that many conventional methods leave out. Upon learning the Pilates method, clients will immediately feel better, because their body is balanced, aligned and working more efficiently. Many clients begin to realize that they need to work out smarter and not harder. All the years of lifting heavy weights can put unnecessary strain and imbalance on the body, and Pilates will help correct this imbalance.
