Epsilon Upsilon has always produced men of excellence! At this Karnea, one of our outstanding Marietta Delt Alumni was honored not once but twice! Paapa Nkrumah-Ababio ‘18 was also honored with the William Fraering Award for outstanding service to the fraternity as a young alumnus (within 15 years of graduation). Congratulations for a well-deserved award!

Paapa Nkrumah-Ababio ‘18 receiving his his award for being one of Delta Tau Delta’s 40 Under 40 during the Phoenix Karnea. Paapa is one of three Epsilon Upsilon Delts honored this year. Alex Nourse ‘15 and Jeremy Jusek ‘09 were also honored as part of the 40 Under 40 but were not in attendance.

Cody Clemens '13, the interim grants chairman for the Marietta Delt Educational Foundation, is in Japan for an academic trip and he met up with Marietta Delt Alumnus Bob Peterson '76 in the Ebisu neighborhood of Tokyo.

They ate kushiage (deep-fried meat and vegetables), and then headed to Blue Note Tokyo to watch a jazz performance by The Hot Sardines.

Clemens says he and Peterson are planning to see another Marietta Delt Alumnus, Yutaro Ito '24, before Clemens leaves Japan later this month.
