As we prepare to begin a brand-new school year this Wednesday, weโre starting with the most important thing we can do โ prayer. ๐๐
โCommit to the Lord whatever you do, and He will establish your plans.โ โ Proverbs 16:3
Heavenly Father,
Thank You for the gift of a new school year and for every student, family, teacher, and staff member You have brought to Oak Grove Christian School.
As we open our doors this week, we ask You to go before us. Fill our classrooms with joy, patience, kindness, and a love for learning. Give our teachers wisdom and strength as they lead, encourage, and care for their students. Help each child who walks through our doors feel safe, loved, valued, and excited to grow.
Protect our school and everyone within it. Guide the decisions we make, the words we speak, and the way we treat one another. When challenges come, remind us to seek You first.
Most of all, may everything we do point our students toward You. Let this be a year of growth โ not only academically, but in faith, character, courage, and love.
We place this school year completely in Your hands and pray that Your presence would be felt in every classroom, every hallway, and every heart.
