🎨🎭🎶 BIG news for Georgia students and fine arts education!

Yesterday, Governor Kemp signed SB 556 into law, expanding HOPE Scholarship rigor recognition to include qualifying advanced fine arts coursework in dance, music, theatre, and visual art.

This legislation supports students pursuing rigorous fine arts pathways while strengthening connections to Georgia’s growing creative industries. Thank you to the educators whose feedback helped inspire this effort and to our state leaders for supporting opportunities that prepare students for life.

Welcome to Marietta, Ms. Edwards! Marietta High School has hired Eileen Edwards, a 14-year member of the dance faculty at CCCEPA at Pebblebrook High School, to lead our dance program and to support our musical theatre program.

From musical theatre to improv, acting, and even on-camera performance—there’s something for every young star to explore and enjoy! Whether your child is brand new to the stage or already loves the spotlight, our camps are designed to build confidence, creativity, and performance skills in a fun, supportive environment. Led by Alliance Theatre and experienced Marietta City Schools instructors, these camps are the perfect place to learn, grow, and shine!
