One way to fairly easily shift perspectives is to go outside. Gaia is one of the greatest gifts we’ve been given in this human experience.

Every moment of every day, she supports us, nourishes us and keeps everything alive and gorgeous.

I believe trees are sentient beings in their own way, a soul in a different form. They truly do not get the respect, honor, attention, appreciation and reverence they deserve. They hold wisdom beyond what most are able to comprehend.

Idk if you’ve ever hugged a tree but I highly recommend it, and chances are your inner child will thank you 🥰



Unfortunately this beautiful beast is no longer with us in her full form. I am grateful for the pieces that remain. I am grateful that the man who was apart of the team who took her away once she fell, had such reverence and awareness of how powerful trees are. He honored and respected her life and all trees. Seeing how I feel about trees and all of nature, it truly felt kismet and sacred✨

Yes, I am someone who grieves trees falling out being cut down because I know how magnificent, wise and important they are. I still miss her powerful presence 🥲
