I have just finished reviewing Logos 5. It is faster, easier, and has some valuable new tools. I suggest a "minimal crossgrade" that is around $160 if you are happy with your current books.

Highlighting and Notes are very nice. But, there are some "tricks" to using them properly.

The default action of a Logos highlight is to create and add a note named for the highlight palate. Not too good. Check out this forum post for a better approach - direct your highlight notes to the most recently opened note:
