We put Newton's 2nd Law of Motion to the test yesterday with a straw rocket competition. Students competed to try and land their straw rockets in the green hula hoop. They quickly saw the connection between force, mass, and acceleration.

In these times of uncertainty we are grateful for the unwavering support the Georgia National Guard, Cobb County Schools Marietta City Schools, and other groups have given us these last few months. We continue to be able to provide dynamic and authentic learning opportunities in STEAM education for our students in the area without interruption.
