Happy Nibbling!

As you know, your skin is your largest organ, and some of what we put on it can be absorbed into the body. Being mindful of ingredients matters, so take a moment to look at labels and choose products that align with how you want to care for yourself.

Check out a few alternatives for makeup remover.

Digestive discomfort has become so common that many people accept it as part of daily life, but symptoms are still signals. Bloating, reflux, constipation, diarrhea, excessive fullness, cramping or fatigue after meals deserve attention, curiosity and support rather than dismissal.

At Twin Leaf Wellness, we look at food, habits, stress, meal timing, lifestyle and the bigger picture surrounding digestion and overall health. We redifine what "normal"
is and feels like.

Health On,
Veronica

A quote from Robin Sharma's "The Wealth Money Can't Buy."

It has been a privilege and a learning journey (even for me) to walk alongside some of you on your journeys. You are each like a puzzle to me, no two alike. Today I am very grateful for the people I’ve had the opportunity to “coach” as a nutritionist.

One of my delicious "go to" meals: Mushroom Shawarma Bowl. It takes approximately 15 minutes to make and an entire lunch to enjoy. Recipe on the website.

If you don’t read Info to Nibble On weekly and then ask me about a subject I already discussed, you will probably get a scolding from me. Why? Because it is only five paragraphs long, and while I know a lot of information is thrown at you these days, I like to think of this newsletter as a dialogue between you and me when I—in my typical fashion—lead with: “Did you hear?” or “Hear this!”

Enjoy this week’s nibble, with notes on fluoride, rhubarb, language, supplements, and ways in which to express yourself creatively.

Health on,
Veronica
