We're very excited to support Dr. Santoro's vision to bring more life and personality to the Walton High School hallways by adding pictures of Walton students, taken by Walton students.

Thank you to Dickerson Middle School for the inspiration and to Jess and Lauren for spearheading the project. Phase 1 is in the main hallway between the atrium and learning commons. Stay tuned for details about phase 2.

Thank you to everyone who participated in our 2026 Walton High School Foundation auction. The receipts are in and we raised close to $18,000 which will go towards supporting foundation teacher salaries in the 2026-27 school year.

Let us know what items you would like to see added for next year.

There's still time to donate to our Rising 9th Grade Campaign.

We host a campus tour in April for families donating $250 or more, and all donors receive a foundation magnet. Families donating in this campaign receive the donor perks the donation qualifies for in the 2026-2027 school year. The foundation will host its general campaign in the fall of 2026, but if your family donates now, you will not need to donate again for your 9th grade student.

Donate by Wednesday to get invited to the 9th grade tour:

Before Spring Break started we held our fourth and final coffee chat of the year with our principal. Dr. Stephanie Santoro. She always has interesting insights to share. This time she talked about the hectic schedule after the break including the AP, senior, and general exam schedules (which all starts in less than a month), senior day, senior sunset (May 15- be prepared for fireworks- literally!), summer classes, the parking selection process, and much more.

She also shared that Walton's teacher allotment is being cut for next year, so giving to the Foundation, which funds teaching positions the county doesn't cover, will be as important as ever.

Thank you to Raider Joe's for providing the coffee for the chat and to Olivia and Tina for organizing the refreshments and invitations.

It's the last day for our annual auction and we expect bidding to get fierce before things wrap up at 8PM. Last year competition for the parking spots was fierce between 7PM and 8PM.

That being said, there are some great items that haven't seen much interest yet and are a great way to get something in return for making a donation to the foundation. Some under the radar items include Walton camps, Braves tickets for June 19, and a portrait session.
