$25/class prepay for the month or $35/drop ins
Our Agenda
• `We start with a centering meditation, connecting with our breath
• We do a check-in with these three questions
What’s right with you? What needs to be tweaked? What keeps you hopeful?
• We brainstorm and share tools to build life skills
• You set a weekly goal with your action steps
• We go out to lunch after class, once a month
• We have a text group for support between classes

Meet your facilitator
Pam Brooks-Crump, MBA, CARES, CPS, has lived experience with 21 years of recovery from drugs and alcohol and mental health recovery, she is a CARES, Certified Addiction Recovery Empowerment Specialist and a CPS, Certified Peer Specialist- certifications for addiction and mental health recovery respectively. She currently works for Georgia Mental Health Consumer Network on a Recovery Focus Transformation team to better the lives of people we serve around the State.

The mission is to better all aspects of our lives through learning and sharing tools. We start by getting centered with a meditation, do a check in, brainstorm possibilities for areas that need tweaking, and commit to an action step for the week to better our lives. $25/class

In addition, once a month, we go to lunch after the class for a social gathering!

Today we rocked week 3 on Fantastic Finances at Hope Springs Wellness & Recovery, office of Dr. Brian White and Nurse Practitioner Lisa Marie Walsh FNP-BC

These classes are for folks as an inexpensive alternative to IOP, In place of or in addition to 12 step.

Participants will learn coping skills, find purpose and passion, learn to manage finances, and create healthy relationships. Each class costs $25. Classes are on- going every Saturday from 10am-11:15am. 5-7 participants max. You can join anytime.

4. Realistic Relationships- How to create, maintain and enjoy the people in your life!
