Congrats to Evan Brand of named Morgan & Morgan MVP . The sophomore pitched the Longhorns to their first ⚾ state title in Game #2, while also collecting two hits in the series.

Due to wet weather possibly approaching the start time for the Pierce County vs. Morgan County Game One matchup, the contest will now begin at 3:30 PM on Saturday, May 23 at J.I. Clements Field, Georgia Southern (Statesboro).

Game Two will follow 30 minutes after the completion of Game One, weather permitting.
