Our Varsity Boys took 1st place overall at the 4th Annual Guardians Invitational on Saturday!🔥 Several of our athletes also achieved new personal records—what an incredible accomplishment!

Today, our CAVIT students joined together in a 9/11 ceremony to honor and remember the lives lost, the heroes who answered the call, and the first responders who continue to serve and protect our communities every day💫

We are especially proud of our Archers participating in CAVIT first responder programs, including Law Enforcement and Fire Science. Their decision to pursue careers rooted in courage, sacrifice, service, and responsibility speaks volumes about their character and the young men and women they are becoming.

On a day when we are reminded of the extraordinary strength that comes from people standing together in service to others, these students embody what we mean when we say Stronger Together❤️🤍💙

To our Archers preparing to serve and protect their communities: we see you, we are grateful for you, and we are incredibly proud of you.

Yesterday, A+ Charter Schools proudly honored the courage, sacrifice, and service of first responders as we commemorated the 25th anniversary of September 11, 2001.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the City of Maricopa Fire/Medical Department for visiting our campus and helping us pay tribute to the brave men and women who answered the call that day—and to all first responders who continue to serve and protect our communities.

A special thank-you to our very own Justin Price for making this meaningful experience possible. Your dedication helped create a powerful moment of remembrance for our students and staff.

We will never forget and just another reminder that we are always STRONGER TOGETHER! 🇺🇸❤️🤍💙

Give the Doom Scrolling a Side Quest
Looking for something fun for your kid or teen to do this Saturday?

We know there aren’t always a lot of places in Maricopa where youth can simply hang out, have fun, and connect with other kids their age. That’s why Be Awesome is teaming up with A+ Charter to bring you Saturday Side Quests!

Saturday Side Quests is a FREE monthly hangout for local youth in grades 3–12, featuring gaming, tabletop games, space to hang out, and plenty of opportunities to spend time with friends—or make some new ones.

Snacks, drinks & pizza
Come with friends or meet new ones
A welcoming, supervised place to hang out

Youth who register will receive one complimentary snack and drink. Additional candy, chips, sodas, pizza, and drinks will be available for purchase at low prices—and the best part? Every dollar raised goes right back into future tween and teen recreation programming and making the next Side Quest even better.

Parents, we’ve got you too. The event team includes vetted, screened, and trained adults from Be Awesome and A+ Charter, so while your kid is conquering their Side Quest, you can conquer yours.

So let’s trade a few hours of Saturday doom scrolling for gaming, friends, pizza, and some actual face-to-face fun.
