We have all heard the answer to this question. Listen more and ask questions. However, the skill part is more difficult. How to best listen, what questions to ask, why and when? These are all part of the practice of Coaching.

Hope, Love, Joy, Peace. These are powerful words. To understand them, to ascribe to them, and to be able to actually act them out is truly Transformational.
Each year at this time we are reminded of the importance of these terms in our life journey. They are shrouded in rituals and spiritual trappings. Very seldom do we understand their true significance to our health, well-being, and our ability to rise to a higher level individually and collectively.
Today, Dr. Bob Ruotolo will speak about the nature of true Transformation on our human plane. He is a catalyst for people to live their best life, both personally and professionally. Dr. Bob is a phenomenal teacher and mentor and works with people to insure that their communities will be of great benefit to them.
