Some of the most important work happens behind the scenes and these two women are the ones who do it all 💕

Mrs. Kristie and Mrs. Mikayla are more than just leaders, they are the backbone of our center. From early mornings to late nights, handling the big decisions, solving problems no one else sees, supporting staff, comforting families, and making sure every child is loved and cared for… they do it all together.

Their teamwork is something truly special. They balance each other perfectly even when they don’t agree with each other, and somehow continue to show up every day with determination, love, and passion for what they do. The amount of hard work, sacrifice, and dedication that happens behind the scenes often goes unnoticed, but Caverns Learning Center would not be what it is without them.

A duo like this is rare, and we are beyond thankful for the countless hours, love, and energy they pour into our center and every child who walks through our doors. 💛

The best for last, Mrs. Mikayla! The heartbeat of the center! For almost 10 years, Mikayla has given her all to Caverns! Starting from just a staff member to working her way up to director quickly, Mikayla has been dedicated to the center ever since. She’s the first to call when something’s wrong or needs attention. She’s a true born leader, a fierce-loving soul. Shes a mother figure to all 120 children that attend our center, and even staff members. Mrs. Mikayla raises 5 beautiful kids who have all attended Caverns Learning Center. She maintains her licensing, and participates in yearly trainings to further better the center. Without Mikayla, Caverns wouldn’t be what it is today!

As one of our wonderful floater teachers, Ms. Kelsi is always ready to jump in wherever she’s needed with a smile and a positive attitude. No matter the classroom or situation, she brings patience, kindness, and so much love to our kiddos each and every day.

Her flexibility, caring heart, and willingness to help make such a difference at Caverns Learning Center. She is truly one of our go-to team members, and we are so thankful for all the hard work she puts into loving and caring for our children! 💛

Her kindness, dedication, and warm smile never go unnoticed, and our children absolutely adore her. We are beyond thankful for everything she does for our staff and students each day! 💛

Her classroom is full of laughter, learning, and love, and our babies absolutely adore her. We are so thankful for the kindness, gentleness, and dedication she brings to Caverns Learning Center each day! 💛
