Our Marianna Stepping Out group enjoyed a fun evening of disc golf at Citizens Lodge Park. This group that started with two people now has over 20 friends who get together every month!

Check out the rules below--no skill is needed for this game. If you can roll the dice, you are already an expert. All proceeds support autistic adults on their path to independence, so this is fun for a great cause. Join us!

Our Transition Academy participants complete at least one service project every month. We love giving back to the community that gives so much to us! This month we helped out at Backpack for KIDS - Jackson County, FL, Inc. with our lovely board member Annie. Everyone worked hard getting all the bags sorted so they are ready to be filled with food for Jackson County students to take home.

Honoring two amazing community leaders tomorrow—including one of our Endeavor Forward, Inc. Board members, Mr. Bill Stanton! Congratulations to both Bill Stanton and Jim Hart and thank you for your service and leadership in Jackson County.

Please join us for a special community ceremony as we officially dedicate Bill Stanton Way and Gen. Jim Hart Way at the Marianna Industrial Park.

These two roads will honor William R. “Bill” Stanton, Jr. and Brigadier General James W. “Jim” Hart, Jr.—two men whose leadership, service, and lasting contributions have made an impact on Jackson County and far beyond.

Bill Stanton Way recognizes Mr. Stanton’s many years of leadership in economic development, including his service with the Jackson County Chamber of Commerce and Jackson County Development Council.

Gen. Jim Hart Way honors a Bascom native whose remarkable career included 37 years of service in the United States Air Force, ultimately attaining the rank of Brigadier General, along with an accomplished civilian career in broadcasting, public affairs, corporate communications, law, and aviation.

We hope our community will join us as we celebrate two legacies, one community, and a lasting tribute for generations to come. 🇺🇸

Participants in Jordan's Health 1 class presented healthy menus for their midterm exam last week. Presentations are a great way to feel more comfortable communicating with others. Nice work, everyone!

Abby's afternoon class focuses on leisure activities. Our recent graduate turned mentor spent some time last week teaching others how to make a hat. Though I'm not sure this guy will like it as much as he likes his HNB FIRST Bank hat!

Last week Susie's class learned how to make DIY microwave popcorn! Want to try it? Put 1/3 cup popcorn kernels, 1 tsp oil, and a sprinkle of salt in a paper bag. Fold the top down 2-3 times and shake well. Microwave 2-2.5 minutes or until popping stops. Add melted butter or other toppings and enjoy! We are using Rancho Gordo Heirloom Crimson Popping Corn. 🍿
