Perhaps not the most exciting visual …however, what God revealed this morning whilst picking out a melody line was a blessed reminder. First off the blessing of Sabina Thalheim Anderson. Does she know how talented she is? Does she realize how deeply her gifts bless others? Can she see how God uses everything in her life to draw her closer to Him? Has anyone told her she’s amazingly gifted in so many ways? …because she is!

The marked papers in the photo hold the lyrics to her song, Come Back To Me. I cried when I first read them, I’m crying now as I find a melody worthy of matching her words. I’ll cry when a vocalist is honored to sing them aloud for others to hear and embrace. Thank you Lord for giving the world Sabina and thank you Sabina Anderson for being the blessing you are.

Oh and thank you to the person who invented disposable tissues…I’m going to use a box on this one!!

Orange Barrel volunteers at our local developmental center and one of the activities we do with residents is a weekly cooking class! Wanting to offer a low carb option for some of our friends there, we made cheesy taco shells and then stuffed them with all the traditional ingredients! It worked and everyone gave it a thumbs up! I like to call them my guinea pig class as we like to try new things we’ve never cooked before! They are always excited to be our test group! Want the recipe? Just let me know :)

What's on your mind Facebook asked... Orange Barrel has a board meeting this week to decide the 2027 session! HOW EXCITING IS THAT! There will be youth theater, free workshops, family theater and hopefully another DETOUR show! Meanwhile mark your calendar for "Bull In A China Shop", our latest DETOUR production, performing October 2-3, 9-10 (it's a family friendly comedy!) Stay tuned in for all the OBPC updates!
