Section 504 is vital to the rights of individuals with disabilities of all ages. It states: “No otherwise qualified individual” can be, simply because of their disability, “denied the benefits of, or subjected to discrimination" in any program or activity that receives federal funds.

17 states are threatening the future of this law in ALL 50 STATES. Read this article for further information. Then CONTACT your state’s Attorney General and demand that they protect the rights of people with disabilities instead of trying to erase them.

The suit challenges a Biden administration decision that considered "gender dysphoria" a disability and goes even farther in questioning assistance for students.
